Euler angles:
The most common method of representing the current orientation of an
object is through the use of Euler angles. This method represents the
absolute orientation of an object as a series of three rotations about
three mutually orthogonal axes, normally labeled x, y, and z. These
Euler angles describe the three angular degrees of freedom.
